Job Duties:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner - Ensure all incoming calls are answered efficiently, professionally, and directed to the appropriate department.
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for staff members - Perform general administrative duties and provide administrative support to department managers including data entry, maintain customer records, filing, photocopying, and scanning documents - Maintain a clean and organized reception and showroom area Job Skills:
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor - Experience working in an office as a receptionist or scheduler is preferred - Strong calendar management skills to schedule appointments effectively - Proficient in computer literacy, including Microsoft (Word, Excel, Outlook) - Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively - Ability to handle multiple incoming calls and inquiries simultaneously - Attention to detail in maintaining accurate records and documentation - Excellent verbal and written communication skills Please note that this job description is not exhaustive and additional duties may be assigned as needed.
